- Direct mentorship and coaching sessions

- Weekly insights and growth challenges

- Live and virtual events, workshops, and trainings

- Studio services, VA services, and related professional services

- SMS/text message communications (with your consent)

3. Membership and Payments

3.1 Membership Plans

We offer the following membership plans:

- Standard Plan: $39/month

- Premium Plan: $97/month

Both plans include a free 7-day trial. Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Current plan details are available on our website.

3.2 Billing and Renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

3.4 Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

7.1 Program Description

By opting in to our SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Elevare Global. These messages may include:

- Appointment and scheduling confirmations

7.2 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Elevare Global at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in through our website forms, by texting a keyword to our designated number, or by providing verbal consent.

7.3 Message Frequency

To stop receiving text messages from Elevare Global, text STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect communications through other channels (email, in-app notifications, etc.).
